white oblong tablet. On one side there is an O, a space, then 15. Found in daughter's gym bag. ## Hi Patti, The closest match I can find is Trazodone HCl (150 mg). It is a small, white, oval pill with the imprint APO T150 on the front and 50 50 50 on the back. It looks like a pill that could be easily smudged, so maybe some of the imprints wore off. I would definitely ask your daughter, hopefully she will be honest with you. Trazodone is indicated for: Clinical depression with or without anxiety. Insomnia, Fibromyalgia, to aid in sleeping. My pharmacy changed manufacturers of trazodone from Apo T150 to Qualitest brand. First problem is that it doesn't work. It took 3 hours to finally doze off, and 30 minutes later I woke up thinking I was choking, but actually had severe dry mouth and after 1/2 bottle of water it is getting a little better. Is this manufacturer change due to Medicare changes, or pharmacy (Walgreens) changes?
