I found a light blue oval shaped pill in my sons room, it is a larger than normal pill with a scribe down the middle on one side and S3F imprinted on twice on the same side as the scribe. The other side is blank.. Light blue oval tablet has center split mark with M on the left and S3 on the right, nothing printed on back side. Bottle labeled as Sertraline HCL 100mg.
