Wife hospitalized w/QTc; prolonged interval between heart beats. Norm is 450-500. Hers;700. Was on 140 mgs methadone. Next day down to 80, next day and currently 40 mgs. Now heart at 465. Given 60 mgs. morphine er for every 20 mgs taken away. Will keep her at 40 mgs methadone and 300 mgs morphine.
