For past 10 years , I am advised to take Loprin 75 , twice a day. However , for a fortnight this medicine is out of stock in all close by shops. What alternate medicine can be suitable. I am diabetic since 20 years. I have become a heart patient as well. 3 stents were placed in me to clear heart blocks. I am using insulin injections twice daily, 15 ml before lunch, 10 ml before dinner, metformin 500 twice daily, Cartinex 500 mg once daily + Aclotil once daily.
