I have been taking Sandoz lisinopril 40mg oval pink pill for many years imprinted with E104 and my BP has been stable. Now the pharmacy changed it to the round lisinopril 40mg pink pill imprinted with same E104. My blood pressure is not being maintained now it fluctuates all over the place. I take it daily. Are there different fillers or inactive ingredients that is not agreeing with my system? I am a registered nurse so I know this is not the norm. ## Hello, Veletta! How are you? My doctor is switching me from 100mg 2x a day labaetlol to 40mg lisinopril 1x a day how do the doses differ or are they comparable? I'm really nervous about switching I'm worried it'll drop my BP to low I've never had to take meds til I had my son and developed high BP from pre eclampsia I'm 21 my BP reads 150-130 top number and 90-100 bottom number ## What is the reason he gave for switching you? I have some pills that I think are Lisinopril, but I'm not sure. Something spilled on the label and it has faded away. They are yellow and plain on one side and have a line for splitting across the middle on the other side.
