Found in my sons room really need to know what this is think its from outside of the country it's a M with a box around it an 115 under it an nothing on the other side it's oblong an blue ## I'm sorry but have you been able to identify it? Someone I know has come across a pill that exactly fits your description. Oblong light blue, a M inside a square which lies right above the imprint 115. The other side has no imprint. It is essentially unidentifiable in the internet. It is claimed to be some sort of pain killer (possibly oxycodone or morphine) but there is no concrete infromation. Is this a generic viagra? ## Hi Julie, Based on my research, that oval blue pill marked L050, is reported to be over-the-counter Ibuprofen PM, containing 38mgs of Diphenhydramine + 200mgs of Ibuprofen; for the treatment of insomnia and pain. Light Blue pill oblong , only number" 131" on pill ## Hi Pattay, There don't appear any photographs on the internet that depict what shade of blue it is or the placement of the imprint, but the closest description I'm seeing to yours is a blue capsule-shaped pill with a marking of 131, that reportedly contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen + 25mgs of Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Also known as Tylenol PM); which is used for the temporary relief of headaches, minor pain, & sleeplessness. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Velocity Pharma and carries a National Drug Code of 76168-011. Furthermore, the size of the pill is posted at 18mm. white,round and letters zz ## Is that the complete marking on the tablet? ## I found a pill that is light blueish or light blueish green. the pill is round and small like a Percocet 30mg. It has a letter V on the front looks like the vicodin's letter V. Then on the back it has a line in the center dividing the numbers 48 on one side then 11 on the other side of the line. so it is 48 line 11. does anybody know what it is.
