I think I may be pregnant. My husband and I are excited, but i am in my second month of taking this medication (lexipril) and I don't want it to affect the baby . The manufacturer guidelines state the following information, regarding the use of Lexapro during pregnancy: "Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, especially if you are in the last few months of your pregnancy, or if you plan to become pregnant or are breast-feeding.
