I started on amoxicillin 875mg for 4 days, then switched to levofloxacin 750mg for 3 days. Is it safe to go back to amoxicillin? ## Why do you want to switch, again? I was prescribed two amoxicillins for pneumonia. Amoxicillin 500mg and Amoxicillin /K Clav 875-125. Im suppose to take both twice a day and levofloxacin 750mg once a day.
