I have 2 oblong white pills with different numbers: L374 and L484. Could you please tell me what they are? Are they Lortab? Thanks ## Neither of these are Lortab ... L374 contains Acetaminophen 250mgs, Aspirin 250mgs and Caffeine 65mgs. It is a generic or store brand of Excedrin Migraine. L484 is a generic Tylenol containing Acetaminophen 500 mg. I have a white oblong pill with no score, and has an L434 imprint on one side and nothing on the other side. Could this be a Lortab? ## Based on the pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. Unfortunately, neither one of these are Lortab (Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen). The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg without any Hydrocodone (NDC 30142-0484). Acetaminophen is a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434).
