The pill is maybe 1/2 in length. It looks like an Excedrin Tension Headache pill but instead of ETH on it, it has L454. ## L454 A red oval shaped pill about 3/4 inch long is a generic version of Excederin Tension Headache. It contains 500 mg of Acetaminphen and 65 mg of Caffeine .. It is distrubuted by Target Co ## Target is not the only distributor, this company makes these tablets for many different stores that sell them as the generic versions of popular over the counter medications. this is a white pill 3/8 round on one side L450 other side 500mg ## These pills marked with an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, manufactured by LNK International. They are sold as the generics or store brands, in many countries worldwide. From what we can discover, this one seems to contain Pseudoephedrine and Chlorpheniramine, a cold remedy. I found some pills. I don't know what they are. Can you help me? The pills are yellow,oblong and have a marking on them. The marking is ( L458 ) ## L 458 is 75 mg Phenylpropanolamine.

White round pill ## Well this is NOT a 500mg anything. L450 is an OTC product, this is Pseudophedrine Plus, it contains the Pseudophedrine plus an antihistamine.
