What other pharmaceuticals make oxycodone 10mg IR besides kvk tech and the ones that have "NP and 12" on the sides. I get headaches as a side effect from these and I'm assuming it's bc of the fillers. I didn't have problems when I used to get 5mg bc there seemed to be more options. I'm thinking I'm going to have to decrease the mg to get a different brand. I don't feel they help at all. Tia ## There are many pharmaceutical companies that make this, far too many to list. The FDA does list headaches as being a possible side effect of Oxycodone, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, constipation, and dry mouth. Which ones are you currently receiving? ## where can i find the fake piller pills for the pink tens for pull counts

What's the differents between a 10mg oxycodone with the imprint np12 verses k56? ## Hello, Terra! How are you? They've just been manufactured by different companies, which is common with generics. The one with the NP 12 marking is made by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and the other is made by KVK Tech. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I take the pink k-56 10mg oxycodone for pain. Last few months thus brand is harder to find at pharmacies. They are carrying another less affective brand. Pharmacists wont say why. Any knowledge about this? Thanks. ## Hello, Mark! How are you? Well, there really is no special reason as to why. This is a generic and the pharmacy will carry whichever one was available for the cheapest price from their supplier, when they needed to restock their supply. Have you tried asking if they can order the other one in for you? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## Nothing has really worked for me since all I can get is generic, but KVK has been ok, but our pharmacy ju...

Is this pill immediate release or control releassed and Up too how many milligrams can you take at once how many hours apart ? ## Hello, Erin! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by KVK Tech and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation, so it starts working about 15 to 20 minutes after you take it. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. As to how much you can take and when to take it, you should follow your doctor's instructions. Much of it depends on your pain levels and opiate tolerance. Is there anything else I can help with? ## So this means they are immediate release so ev...

I have always gotten pink 10mg k56 pills. I went to Walmart and filled my pills and they gave me white pills imprinted with 10mg RP. Are they the same? ## Yes, they have just been manufactured by different companies, the tablet with K56 on it is manufactured by KVK Tech, and the ones with the RP are manufactured by Rhodes Pharmaceuticals. When a medication is available as a generic, it is usually made by several different companies, and the one your pharmacy carries can vary, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, when they needed to restock their supply. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache. Is the pink oxycodone 10mg tab imprint K 56 time released or instant release? ## Hi coolhandbart, How are you? From what I could gather, the round pink oxycodone marked "K 56" is a 10mg INSTANT RELEASE tablet, manufactured by KVK Tech. I've actually seen a few people on here leave terrible complaints about this particular manufacturer not working as well as others, so I'd be curious to know if you've experienced a similar reaction in comparison to any other brands or generics you may have taken? Hope this helps! ## They are absolutely terrible ! I myself have somewhat studied them after receiving them now for the 2nd. month at Walgreens . For a few years I had been receiving Activis Brand and they worked quite well for me. Today when I recieved them for the 2nd. mont...

David was mentioning the binders/fillers that are used in the oxycodone. I believe that the binders/fillers are why I am having such a problem with any oxycodone manufactured by KVK Tech. I have gotten bladder infections (no history of this problem), head aches, no pain relief (Major issue, cause what is a pain pill for?), attitude issues that are unreal. I was taking oxycodone 30mg, then the 20mgs, and now I am on oxycodone 10mg for break through pain. I have had problems with all 3 of the oxycodone whenever they are KVK Tech. Changed pharmacies repeatedly and have listed KVK Tech products as "I am allergic". This past week when I picked up my oxycodone 10mg, guess what, this independent pharmacy had nothing but the KVK Tech. ## Hi Susie, How's everything going? I believe w...

I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. The 20 mg ones are gray. The 15 mg ones are green... Usually a light green. The 30 mg ones are blue. Depending on the maker of each of these they can be different shades of pink, green and blue. There are 5 mg ones that are white also. Hope that helps you out! ## @Samantha, The small round pink pills with K | 56 are generic 10mg Oxycodone HCL (not brand name Roxy). They are made by KVK Tech Inc. and carry a National Drug Code of 10702-056-01. The K | 57 are round gray generic 20mg Oxycodone HCL tablets also made by KVK Tech. If your K | 57 pill is pink then that is a counterfeit product, unless otherwise noted by...

Does norco 5/325 have the same ingredients as the little pink pill k56 which is oxycodone 10mg? My doctor switched me due to the strength. The k56 pills are stronger he said and i needed a weaker pill to be able to work. So he prescribed me the norco. What i'm saying here is that are they the same, but different doses? ## No, they are not the same. The Norco contains the narcotic Hydrocodone coupled with Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I've noticed the 10mg k56 and the 15mg a214 effect me differently at the same dose (1.5 ks or 1 a) I know generics are supposed to be equivalent but we all know that's just not what's been happening (mallinkrodt generic Norco Percocet and oxycodone all are not better than Tylenol and their dilaudid is not the same as other brands either. But I was wondering in people's experience and opinion what kind of generic oxycodone provide the most relief. (3 car accidents, 3 surgeries) ## 10mgs and 15mgs are not the same dosage. One is higher than the other, so they will not work the same. Been taking painkillers ( vicodin, lortab, lorcet ((discontinued)), and Norco for many years. Skiing, motorcycles, etc. Whe I started the Norco, I got them from cvs. Found out that the ones manufactured by Malincrodt were completely ineffective when compared to the Watson product. My Doc has me on the pink k56 oxy now. I picked them up, reluctantly, from cvs because of the insurance Discount. Only able to get coverage for 90 although I had a prescription for 120. My question is does anyone know if the ones I have (manufactured by KVK-Tech INC) are going to be a waste of time like the Malinkrodt norcos were. Is there a quality oxy 10mg manufacturer that is better than the others? Thank you ## Hi Scott, Looking at some of the related KVK Tech threads here, this manufacturer in particular ...

I have been on regular Oxycodone- one 20mg pill every 4-6 hrs a day for approx 6 mos I used to be prescribed 10 MG TWO PILLS every 4-6hrs prior to the switch by my doc. Now, my pain has greatly increased and NOW he has given me 30 mg 4x a day and another script for oxycontin 60mg 2x a day. NOW, I am really drowsy ALL DAY where I was not at all before after this recent change in script. I also DO NOT get the same pain relief. Seems weird----go up in strength and dosage yet now just very tired all the time and less pain effective too..WHY, WHY?. I have read somewhere that the brand of oxycodone I take (KVK) ESPECIALLY the former 20mg was almost worthless for pain, yet their 10 mg was very effective. When ever I would take 2 of the KVK 10mg in past, it INDEED WAS MORE EFFECTIVE than just O...

I have seen so many different opinions and information about companies offering generic oxycodone and the differences in strength, and quality over other generic brands. I have also heard that the FDA allows from 12% to 20% variances in the active ingredient (oxycodone) in their pills. Which if i am understanding this correctly, they can be + or - 12 to 20% of the actual amount of oxycodone per tablet? Can someone with the expertise or knowledge (like a pharmacist or a doctor) explain this to us who have heard this and don't understand? I have been taking Oxycodone 10mg NP/12, Zydus brand, for over a year. Last month the pharmacy changed to the K56, KVK tech brand, and they do not help with the pain at all. Zydus brand stops the pain and work find. The KVK don't do a thing. Can anyone tell me why? ## @BC Survivor, Just wanted to let to you know that you're not alone in thinking that that KVK Tech brand is noticeably less potent.
