what would be the clinical diagnoses code for someone who abuses klonopin ## I believe these may be the diagnosis codes you're looking for, but please correct me if I'm wrong in assuming this: Substance: Clonazepam Poisoning: 969.4 Accident: E853.2 Therapeutic Use: E939.4 Suicide Attempt: E950.3 Assault: E962.0 Undetermined: E980.3 Ref: icd9cm.chrisendres.com/index.php?srchtype=drugs&srchtext=clonazepam&Submit=Search&action=search The next question is whether or not the term "abuse" can be associated with one of the classifications referenced above? I hope this info helps! ## The diagnosis is from the psychiatric manual DSM-Iv TR. It is "Anxiolytic Abuse".
I want to see pictures of all 1 mg of klonopin! ## It says teva and I also wanted to know what markings 1 mg valium has? Is it a 34 with a weird r? ## Klonopin is available as both a generic and name brand, so I can't possible post pictures of all of them for you. If you need a pill identified, you need to make a post that includes the markings on the tablets in question, then someone can check for you to see what the tablet contains. Learn more Klonopin details here. However, the tablet with the R 34 is not a Valium or generic for it, it is a 1mg Clonazepam tablet, which is a generic for Klonopin. This medication is a Benzodiazepine, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I...
I just got 2mg klonopin with TEVA on 1 side and 834 on the other. I know they make them with this imprint, but when I took it and it didn't taste very minty. It tasted like nothing really, just powdery. I'm worried they might be counterfeit klonopins out of something weird. Does klonopin always taste noticeably minty? What's the possibility that these are bad? ## From what I could gather, most people are saying that Klonopin has an almost "minty-sweet" taste/smell to it, with no real chemical aftertaste. Apparently certain pharmacies add a sweetener to them. Others have stated however that they received non-generic pills in the past, that were not sweet (yet they were still legit). I hope this insight helps! Have you taken any of them yet? ## Have you ever had troubl...
I have 5 pills that are yellow and round with V on one side with the numbers 3540 on the other they are supposed to be Klonopin, can someone tell me? ## The closest matching "klonopin" (clonazepam) I've seen has an imprint of V on one side and 2530 on the other (sitting over a score line). These are round light-yellow pills containing a dose of 0.5mg. For verification, you can view a photograph of it on the following National Drug Code page: 00603-2948 Did you get your pills from a licensed pharmacy? I only wonder because the imprint seems off. Thanks for any additional feedback you might have. I hope this helps! ## They sound like vivarin which is a caffeine pills got screwed by those once
IMAGES OF A GENERIC WITH R 45 AND A ORANGE OR PALE TAN? ## Hi MUSIC, I haven't been able to find a generic Klonopin with the imprint R 45. Have you taken a Klonopin with an R 45 imprint before or are you just curious?

Ive had extreme anxiety and frequent panic attacks for years, and every psychiatrist i have seen has just given me antidepressants or buspar, and none of them even take the edge off. I truely believe i would benefit from a low dose of klonopin or xanax, but i dont want to waste my time with doctors whl refuse to prescribe them to anyone. Which doctors should i try? Thanks. ## Where are you located? I take Klonopin, 2mg. ## Hi there - I too suffered for many years from panic attacks and was prescribed Valium 5 mgs which helped me tremendously. However - my psychiatrist father got wind of this and put an immediate stop to it. Now - deal was, he felt it better to work out the "reason" for the panic attacks" via therapy and partially he was right BUT - in the moment of a horribl...
I have been on most benzos. I find that 2mg Klonopins help both my anxiety and neuropathy real well. I have been tagged with an addictive personality. Here's the problem. It's the only medicine that works. That being said "I get nothing for my relief. I have to obtain these meds through other means". I'm 64 and I'm tired of doing this. Any reasonable ideas out there? ## I feel horrible for these people who can't seem to find help for their anxiety! Does anyone see a pshychiatrist? That is what I have been doing for the past 18 years. I take one Klonapin daily, occasionally two. It should not be so difficult for an individual to get mental health assistance and given a drug (yes, even if it is addicting) to get some relief! Most people do not understand that m...
I was wondering If you have seen klonopin's have a v on one side and the word Teva on the other.? ## To my knowledge none of the klonopin tablets have such markings. Generic klonopin (clonazepam) is the closest match I could find that has a "Teva" imprint on it. A round yellow pill marked TEVA 832 is identified as Clonazepam 0.5 mg. Manufacturer: Teva Pharmaceuticals USA National Drug Code (NDC): 00093-0832 Is there any way that you can provide a more detailed description of your pill reference (i.e. shape, color, any other imprints, size, etc)? ## I've seen klonopins with the v on 1 side and numbers on the other. Blue klonopin V 2531 are 1 mg
Hi as everyone who takes brand name Klonopin knows its on backorder. I have try the generic it don't work for me.. But that is at the same mg as the Brand. I was wondering if anyone has try the generic at a higher mg? And if so did it work like the brand name? ## Hi Sharon, Sorry to hear that the generic didn't end up working for you. I did want to point something out though that may be the reasoning as to why it's not as effective as the brand name (even at the same milligrams). I think it really comes down to the "inactive/non-medicinal" ingredients that they also put into these tablets. These ingredients are known to vary between brands and generics alike, but I have also heard that companies will often use cheaper binders and fillers in their generic versions to ...
I have been prescribed Remeron 15mg and Klonopin 0.5 for anxiety and lack of sleep. After 40 days I still have too much anxiety and racing thoughts to fall asleep, and I've gained no weight. So my Dr put me on Seroquel XR 150 mg one week ago (Aug 14) and will be able to fill a new Rx for Ativan to try on Aug 30 once the Klonopin Rx is "completed". The Klonopin no longer helps with anxiety as I get those dreaded warm rushes of pain the fill my face, neck, chest, and arms even after I take one. I'm reaching out for help because as I transition from Remeron to Seroquel it's still hard to fall asleep and the grogginess during the day is torture. What meds or combo has anyone taken to help fall asleep, slow the racing thoughts, decrease anxiety and agitatation, and just h...
My Drs Nurse Practitioner in all her glory decided that after 27 yrs on Benzos (12 on Xanax & the last 15 on 4-6mg per day, I no longer needed it. HAHA So stupid of her. For 4 mths I have gone thru withdrawls frm hell! Tried calling her & my Dr and they wont return my calls. I have to talk to tbe receptionist only. I asked to be put back on my Klonopin I was told by recep that my request was "denied" So I ordered some online. I went to ER and waz told my BP & Hr were fine a.d they could not help me! So I have yet to find a Dr, even a Psych who will write Klonopin! I take the Med for panic attacks and anxiety! I need a Dr so if u know anyone please share! _@ ## Where are you located? Side effects in high doses like if you eat 15 of em it pretty much erases your memory for quite sometime if you drive you will be all over the road possibly roll ur truck or go in the ditch and the next day have zero memory so just take the recommended dose trust me I know ## @Jim, Overdosing on any medication can produce undesirable side effects; including the possibility of death. But why would anyone feel the need to take 15 Klonopins except for a suicide "attempt"? According to Walgreens, brand name Klonopin comes in dosage forms ranging from 0.125mg to 2mg.... With tablets topping out at two milligrams (numbers that are considerably low relative to the milligrams listed on other types of medications), anyone using common sense should understand that these are probably very ...
After looking up Klonopin under search for inactive ingredients, I immediately saw MANNITOL, a Sucrose based sugar/sugar substitute. Look it up on WiKip, it is one of the first lines. ## Thanks for the heads up on this Jank. I understand that there are a number of alternative sweeteners out on the market, many of which aren't actually good for our health. Upon researching 'Mannitol', it's unclear to me how much of this they put in our medications and whether this unknown amount is generally regarded as safe (Re: fda.gov/Food/IngredientsPackagingLabeling/GRAS/SCOGS). Controversially, Wikipedia notes possible serious side effects such as "worsening heart failure, electrolyte imbalances and low blood volume". Seeing some mixed information from the FDA and Wiki, perh...
I was prescribed Klonopin 1mg about 3 years ago to help with anxiety and sleep. I wish I would of never started this Benzo! The "Nurse Practitioner" who handles Mental health patients did not educate me on what I was getting myself into. When I started taking it of course it was helping me sleep & somewhat helping the Anxiety. I would see this Nurse Practitioner once a month and I would speak on how I was feeling. Throughout the year's never once was I made aware of the Benzo withdrawal symptoms. Fast forward to about a week ago. I started feeling physically sick the worse i've ever felt (Nausea, Fatigue, Severe body aches, Diarrhea) just to name a few symptoms. I told this Nurse Practitioner I strongly believe it is the Klonopin making me sick. The reply was "We...
The pill is round and yellow. On one side there is nothing except a perforation in the pill where you could cut it in half. On the other side there is a symbol of a ribbon (like the pink breast cancer ribbons) imprinted and under that the number 34 I would like to confirm if these are klonopins and what the mg is ## Yes, R34 contains 1mg of Clonazepam, a generic for Klonopin, this is commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. You can read more on it here: Is there anything else I can help you with? ## Hi I am a different person than the original questioner. I was prescribed the generic of klonopin .5. It is a yellow pill. The instructions say I need to swallow it whole. I am in the process of taperin...
