Breaking out is like your body saying "ahhh, too much!". So what I have done is take much less than the indicated dose. Don't buy giant loaded pills. Buy the ones that you have to take 2 or three a day and start taking it every other day. Over the months you can increase your intake and slowly build yourself up to the recommended dose. DON"T USE myKERAGRO. They have AWFUL customer service, inaccurate terms and conditions and the product is very overpriced. They made it a nightmare to return the product. There are plenty of products on the market with the same ingredients, from a reliable source AND cheaper. ## I have not received my pills yet!!!!! Its been a week. It's really just a product geared towards promoting hair growth and nothing more. However, if you are planning on getting pregnant anytime soon, it would still be a good idea to talk with your doctor first about what supplements or ingredients might be safe for you to continue using during that time period. ive ordered a free trial of kera gro and was wondering if it is safe to take during pregnancy? I was just going to start taking it afterwards but i will be breastfeeding and although it says made with natural ingredients it doesnt necessarily mean it is safe for an expecting mother. Has it proven safe fot the pregnant or nursing mother or have there been no tests on such a thing its hard to find any information on the subject since the sight does not offer such ## When you're pregnant your hair grows faster then usual anyways. With all the vitamins you have to take while your pregnant and stuff make it grow faster. I use to take kreaglo for few months. But now since they have stopped stopped manufacturing the old kreaglo and kreaglo eva is too expensive I'm looking for some alternative to it. Something which has same constituents and is affordable. ## This is just a nutritional supplement that contains a mix of nutrients that they claim will help with hair growth, but that isn't actually proven. And I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing of what's in the Keraglo Eva that is different from the original.
