Actions, indications, contraindications, side effects, and dosage of kalium durele ## Kalium Durule is used to treat Hypokalemia or to prevent it when a patient is being treated with diuretics. 2 tablets a day are suggested for adults and elderly patients, once they return to normal the preventative dose is then recommended. It should not be used by patients with renal problems or hyperkalimia. I was unable to find listed information on the side effects. Pill nursing consideration ## Kalium Durule contains 750mgs of Potassium and is used to treat Hypokalemia. Patients should be monitored for renal insufficiency, Hypokalemia and constriction of the Esophagus. Do you require any other information?

why kalium durule caused diarrhea? what is the scientific explaination for that question? ## I don't know what the scientific explanation is and I am not sure that there really is one that explains it. Medication side effects occur, even with supplements, because you are putting a new substance into your body and it isn't used to it.. Some people's bodies adjust well and do not react, at all. While others can experience severe problems from it and no one really knows why this happens. If you are experiencing diarrhea, make sure to drink more liquids, to avoid dehydration and contact your doctor if it becomes a severe problem. Are there any questions or comments?
