Actions, indications, contraindications, side effects, and dosage of kalium durele ## Kalium Durule is used to treat Hypokalemia or to prevent it when a patient is being treated with diuretics. 2 tablets a day are suggested for adults and elderly patients, once they return to normal the preventative dose is then recommended. It should not be used by patients with renal problems or hyperkalimia. I was unable to find listed information on the side effects.
