White Round Pill Thickness: 5mm Diameter: 11mm On one side it has an imprint of 500 with a score on both sides of the number 500 like this: -500- On the other side it has an imprint of a diamond with the letters JCL within the diamond. ## Hello, Nick! How are you? This has come up before and from the limited information I can find in foreign resources, it is manufactured by a Palestinian company and the only 500mg tablet they make contains Acetaminophen/Paracetamol. It is used to treat pain and fever. The FDA lists the side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Is anyone else familiar with this tablet? ## Tested pills like this with a laser spectrometer today and confirmed to be acetaminophen.

this was found on a student with little language and who says its for headache. ## Hi becky, I came across information in the following discussion thread suggesting that this tablet may contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen: Discuss/500-JCL-238287.htm According to post #1 within that discussion, "JCL" apparently corresponds with a Palestinian company, which would explain why I'm not finding any specific details about the pill in standard US search engines. I hope this info helps! Does anyone else recognize the pill as being something different?
