Endocet contains the active ingredients, Acetaminophen + Oxycodone, while an Oxycodone tablet in and of itself is the only active ingredient. Can someone please tell me if one of the 5mg oxycodones without Tylenol is equal to a percocet 10mg? Is it stronger or weaker and would it only take one to equal the equivalent of a perk 10 or 2 of the oxycodone 5mg ## Hi Julie, To answer your question, 5mgs of Oxycodone quite simply does NOT equate to 10mgs of Oxycodone + 325mgs of Tylenol found in Percocet. Usually when people abbreviate the term "perk 10" this means that it contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and nothing less. What is the difference between roxicodone and oxycodone ? ## From what I understand, Roxicodone and Oxycodone are both the exact same medication. The only difference you might find would probably be in the list of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) that different manufacturers use in their tablets. I think the real confusion sets in when people start discussing Percocet (which is sometimes partially labeled as Oxycodone). However, it also contains Acetaminophen; the differentiating factor between those two meds. I take 7.5-325 Oxycodon and always get it from the Watson Co., well my pharmacy is out of them, and with it being Thanksgiving tomorrow, some pharmacies are closed. I get my 'script on the 28th and found a pharmacy that finally had the amount my script calls for but they are made by Mylan. My question is, "Is Mylan a good company?" I've been taking oxycodone 30's for quite sometime now, but a friend of mine came over and showed me a V 4812 almost turquoise in color and this particular pill was smaller than mine. Are the V 4812 smaller than the K 9's as far as tallest goes the V 4812's where half as tall. Walgreens new Camber 5mg Percocet is not coated. Blue dye is bitter, upsets stomach and stains tongue. Pharmacist stated I wasn’t supposed to place pill on tongue. He stated ALL Tylenol is bitter. Meaning I cannot get an answer to this after much research over the years here and there. It’s always the same questions, what’s better, what’s more powerful (which is Oxy of course) or what is the difference between the two. My question is this. I can’t seem to find an answer. If oxycodone now has naloxone in it so that there isn’t an euphoric high, isn’t that the same as the Suboxone? Suboxone has naloxone in it but it must also have the narcotic also, otherwise how would it keep people from going into full blown withdrawals? I went to my dr yesterday and then to my safeway to get script filled, they said they were out and not sure when they would get them in..
