Hey guys, the IP 109 / 500 is naproxen. But if you have an oblong pill with IP 109 and a line on the back I think it's Vicodin 5mg. Personally I think they look way too much alike. If so, it is manufactured by Akyma Pharmaceuticals (formerly Intrapharm) and they list it as containing 500mgs of Naproxen, which is classified by the FDA as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. (NDC 53746-0190). Inactive Ingredients: - Croscarmellose Sodium - Povidone - Magnesium Stearate Ref: DailyMed ## There should be three other numbers on it. It could be several medications. But, it is Not hydrocodone.
