my neighbor was given this small round white pill to relax her after a bad breakup. ive tried to find out what it is with no luck. one side it has z11 the other intas. what is it?

This is a round white/off white pill about the size of a pencil eraser. It has a half line for cutting in half and on one half it says INTAS. There are no other markings.

I have these small, tiny white rounded pills with one side imprinted which S4 or maybe 54 and the other side is blank with just a ridge to break up the pill.
