And depending on what the imprint is, you may also want to compare how it looks with legitimate images on the internet so you can see if there are any other discrepancies outside of how thick it is. Some people even suggest tasting it first, since a notably bitter taste is a trademark for real Alprazolam. I have some gg249 bars, white, blank on other side BUT these have a coating. However there have been several reports about fake one's going around from those who choose to obtain their medication by non-licensed overseas distributors; at which point any pill is subject to being counterfeit, no matter what it might look like. I don't know about the "coating" details specifically, but I would recommend running a search on some images to get a better visual perspective so you can compare your tablet that way as well.
