It looks like a 2 mg xanax bar with 3 lines on the front & back and the 4 edges are rounded off with a #1 in one spot on front and then another #1 beside it but on the other side of the line so it a 1 1 on the front with 3 lines on front & back but no numbers on back of pill and its white. What does Metformin 1000 mg look like in all forms? ## Metformin is a generic medication, so it is manufactured by several different companies and they will all have different markings to enable their identification, thus there is really no way I could post what all of them look like and the descriptions.
