Hi. My friend bought tablets from MX thinking they were Vicodin. The bottle says 10 mg Vicodin HP/Hydrocodone Bitartrate. There’s no imprint, so they look sketchy. What do you think they are? Thank you! ## Hello Dee, The problem with buying drugs from Mexico is that they don't have the same regulations as we do in the U.S and they don't require their medication to have an imprint like we do. This is because they don't have to follow the rules and regulations of the FDA. Since it doesn't have an imprint I can't really give you any information on the medicine to tell you it's validity. A Dr prescribed this to my husband in Mexico for a hip pain that he's been having, but he's been working for a year at a company that gives drug panels. I suggest you see a doctor ASAP! ## Shelly, the Vicodin contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. Tylex-CD contains Acetaminophen and Codeine and the Lertus--CD is llisted as containing Diclofenac and Codeine, so these are all different medications. I went to a pain management dr. I ve had hystorectomy and have been on 10mg / 325 norco. I moved back to florida from New Mexico. Having severe back problems urinary incontinence and etc I went to a Pcp. He gave me 5/325 120 count hydrocodone. Yesterday I went to pain management . Told him I was already on this and it wasn't working. He wrote me 90 7.5/325 and said that's what I needed to take. Get to pharmacy and pharmacy voids script per the doctors Orders. I have family from Central America they get prescriptions of hydrocodone that is white, oval and has a symbol on one side that somewhat resembles a snake but like the one you are on a doctors office. The Dr. gave her Dorixina for pain and we were wondering, 1. what is in it 2. is there any equivilent here in the U.S. if so , What is it?? ## I was given Dorixina by an MD and relative in Colombia for migraines. pill ## Sorry, the only information I can find on this is that it is a foreign medication, unavailable in the US. Thus said, other countries do not regulate their medications as strictly as we do, so finding information on them is very difficult. Its probably a vitamin b12 I have a bottle I got at dollar general store. If you try break it in half it breaks easy and is yellow on the inside also ## I hope this doesn't sound rude in anyway, but if you have a bottle of vitamin B12 from the dollar store and suspect this to be what it is, why haven't you opened the bottle to check? Or was the bottle already empty? Have you also considered going back to the dollar store for any evidence? While it may very well be some sort of dietary supplement or vitamin, depending on where it's really from, this also fits the description of various pharmaceuticals from Mexico that bear no markings; including but not limited to the likes of hydrocodone/acetaminophen and cyclobenzaprine. help identify pill ## White round 10 on one side scored on other supposed to be diazapam or Valium 10 mg ## The round pill with a 10 on one side. And score going ACROSS (not up/down) is a 10mg Valium they come from Mexico.
