I’m SUPER conserned because my pharmacy has switched from the yellow Qualitest Norco to 2 different brands I must choose from: Tris Pharma & Lupin Pharma. They are 10/325 Norco. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, fibromyalgia, back surgeries in past and I’m told in future. I can’t stand the idea of being in pain all month. Any advise on which brand to get? I have been given the white Watson brand and the other white ones that say M367 (I think it’s a 7 at the end) they were 10/325 non the less. The Watson brand was ok but the M367 was like taking nothing sometimes. Please help me decide. Those are the only brands I can find. I am so afraid I’ll be in pain all month like I was with the M367 and Watson brands. ## The only way to really find out is by trying one...

I was taking the Mallinckrodt hydrocodone-acetaminaphen 10-325. They were doing the job. My pharmacy ran out and was using Caraco hydrocodone-acetaminaphen 10-325. They were next to worthless for relief. What's the deal do you think? ## Hi Perry, Usually when you switch to another manufacturer's version of the same drug, the primary differences can be found in the list of "inactive" ingredients (which I personally don't believe are actually "inactive" as they say). To my understanding the various binders/fillers may account for how well you metabolize/absorb each active ingredient. Mallinckrodt's M367 (10/325) tablets reportedly contain the following set of inactive ingredients: crospovidone + magnesium stearate + microcrystalline cellulose + povidone + c...

i have been taking hydrocodone 10 apap 325 since 1988 for blotched back surgery. I received my months supply and i am hurting like hell. The pill says m367 on it. Could this be a placebo. this pill has always given me some relief. ## Hello, Gene! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in so much pain. No, it would actually be illegal for your pharmacy to replace your validly prescribed medication with a placebo. This tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies it as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. The Watson 853 hydrocodone 10-325 I got at Walgreens didn't kill my pain and made me sick! I need to know what is better quality. Is Mallinckordt m367 better than the manufacturer Par/ Endo? Please if anyone knows o appreciate an answer. ## Watson does list this tablet as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but they removed the dye from them, so they are white now, and no longer yellow. Hi. Came across a Norco 10/325 with simply "M367" and no "Watson" imprint. Real or garbage? ## @Stephen, Legitimate M367 pills don't say "Watson" on them. They only have the M367 imprint on the front and a vertical score line on the back side. Also, just for the record, these pills in particular are reportedly manufactured by Mallinckrodt, not Watson/Actavis. For verification, they carry a National Drug Code of 00406-0367 and are approximately 15.00 mm in size. You are right though about them being 10mg Hydrocodone bitartrate + 325mg Acetaminophen; a generic for Norco. Hope this helps! ## Extremely helpful and appreciated:-) There's so much bootleg garbage out there. Peace out! ## They are real and are the better hydrocodone pills out there compared to so...

Has anything changed? The tablet with the marking G 036 actually is listed by the manufacturer, Tris Pharma, as containing only 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus, it is a lower dosage, so you could also be experienc...

This tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a narcotic analgesic, not a medication intended to induce sleep.
