Hi, can you help me please? These particular tablets are white with dots that appear light pink, where is this color derived from - what elements/source/dyes? ## What are the markings on them? That is what would enable me to look up these specific tablets for you to see what's used in them. The actual ones manufactured by Watson do not have the specks in them, but they have purchased a few other generic manufacturers recently. Can you tell me what the pill looks like? ## Hi Kim, From what I could gather, most of the 5/325mg Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone Bitartrate tablets are white and capsule (oblong) shaped. Some of the imprints on these pills are: IP 109, M365, 3202 WATSON, and 3604 V. There may be more though. Did you have any specific questions or concerns regarding this medication? Thanks ## Yes, this is a generic for Vicodin or Norco, but it is the 5/325mg dosage. You can learn more Vicodin details here. All such tablets will be changed to contain only 325mgs of Acetaminophen by January of 2014, due to the new FDA directive. Some manufacturers are already making the changes. Is it ok to take 2 watson 3202 at a time? ## Watson Pharmaceuticals list these tablets as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, you shouldn't double up, unless your doctor has told you that it is safe for you to do so. It could result in an overdose and/or an increase in side effects, if you are not opiate tolerant. You also have to be careful not to exceed 3,000mgs of Acetaminophen per day. Is there anything else I can help with? ## The FDA recommends not exceeding 4,000 of Acetaminophen in a 24 hr period. Watson 3203 pill, white with orange specks. Never seen them before today. What are they? ## Orange specks? I've seen pictures of the WATSON 3203 tablets, and they've either been solid white or orange, but not with specks. According to the inscription you posted it should be a pain killer containing Hydrocodone 7.5 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg (basically a generic Norco). Now, the tablet with WATSON 3202 matches your color description more closely, and is in fact a similar drug containing the same amount of Acetaminophen, but with 5 mg of Hydrocodone instead of 7.5. NDC code 0591-3202. Can I ask which one is it that you are seeing?
