Is Mallinckrodt m367 10-325 the same as Qualitest 3601 10-325? ## Both of the pills in question are one in the same drug. The only difference is that they are manufactured by different companies. Additionally, there may be a slight variation of inactive ingredients; but other than that you can be assured that they are the same drug and same dosage. When you switch brand names or manufacturers, the drug itself doesn't change, but rather the binders or fillers that they put with it. Certain "inactive" ingredients that may or may not be present in each brand, are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. Because everyone is different, your body may agree with one medication over the other, due to how you feel or based on whatever side effects pr...

I have been taking hydrocodone-APAP 10 / 325 as a generic for NORCO 10 325 for chronic pain, but recently my pharmacy changed the generic medication from a white tablet simply marked 'M367' on one side to a yellow tablet marked with a semi cursive 'V' on one side, and the number '36/01' on the other. The yellow tablets do not seem to work as well; as if maybe they are "slow", or "time released". Is this true? Is there a difference in these medications and how they work, or are released into my system? ## Hello, Caesar! How are you? No, these are both regular release tablets. However, under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, generics can have fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient, so this one may be a little lower in dosage than the other ...

What are the differences between those two? Which one is stronger? M367 or v3601? I know they have the same 10/325 dosage but surely there must be a difference of some sort? If anyone knows, please share your knowledge with me. Thanks. ## Hi Ego, Although both of the pills in question are one in the same drug, the first difference I noticed is that they are manufactured by different companies. Because of this, there may be a slight variation of inactive ingredients; which does have an affect on the bio-availability (absorption) of the medication itself. Both of these are also generic medications. Generic medications are permitted by the FDA to contain up to 20% more or less of the actual active ingredients. This factor, along with different inactive ingredients (binders/fillers) could e...

Is ip 109 and m367 the same medication? ## Hello, Chancy! How are you? Yes, they are the same, but the dosages are different. The tablet with the M 367 marking is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the IP 109 marking is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as being narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have been on hydrocodone 10/325 for a while the pill # M367 Thursday got a new prescription I received Hydrocodone pill # G036 I knew when I took the first pill there was a difference I was dizzy, nauseous, and had severe diarrhea went to pharmacy where they said it's the same medicine I've been taking I don't know anyone else have or had this problem??? ## Those can be normal side effects of this medication, the FDA also warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, other side effects may include vomiting, headache, and dry mouth. Has anything changed? The tablet with the marking G 036 actually is listed by the manufacturer, Tris Pharma, as containing only 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus, it is a lower dosage, so you could also be experienc...

I am prescribed Norco M367 and my sister have Norco M365, which one is the stronger?? ## Hello, Atawaa! How are you? Both of these tablets are manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list the one marked M 367 as containing 10 mg of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen (NDC 0406-0367), and the one marked M 365 as containing 5 mg of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen (NDC 0406-0365). Thus, M367 is the stronger dosage. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## I would also like to know that answer, which is stronger the pill marked m365 or m367? ## 367 are 10 mg per narcotic and 356 is only 5 mg per narco...

what is the difference between the 2 I know one is 10-325mb and the other 7.5-500mg ## Hydrocodone what is the difference between m367 (10-325 mg) and m358 (7.5-500 mg) ## That is the difference, just the dosage. One contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, while the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Different doses work better for different people, so they are several available. Learn more Vicodin details here. Another note that needs to be added here is that as of 2013, the FDA has made a request that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription products to no more than 325mgs per dose. There are severe concerns about the dangers of liver damage and failure that can be associated with long-term ...

What is a white oval pill with a horizontal divider line that says m 347 on it. Please ID. ## what is it? ## It's a generic pill for vicodin. ## @zak, The closest match I've been able to find is a white oval pill with the imprint M367 on the front and a score on the back. It is a generic Vicodin that contains Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg). Since the M367 imprint is so similar to your pill's imprint (M347) it is very likely that you do have a generic Vicodin, but possibly a higher or lower dosage than the one I've located. Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone I hope this helps!

What is the difference in the white oblong pill with m367 and the yellow with a V and 3601? ## The only difference between these two tablets is that they are manufactured by different companies. The one with the M marking is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and the one with the V is manufactured by Vintage/Qualitest. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. But both are the same dosage and contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Verwon, Your wrong.
