The Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen tablet from Vintage/Qualitest in the 5/325mg dosage is an oblong, white tablet with red/pinkish speckles that has a stylized V logo on one side and the numbers 3604 on the other. The tab number is m357 ## I was just prescribed this drug yesterday....it has the same # on it - M357, if that means anything. ## As to the markings on them, that can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, and according to dosage. The tablets listed with the M 357 marking contained 5mgs of Hydrocodone, and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but this dosage is no longer available, the FDA now allows no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose in combination prescription medications. Whats the differance between hydroco/apap5-500mg tab mallinckro and hydroco/apap 5-325mg tab interpharm? ## They are made by different companies and have different amounts of the Acetaminophen. The first one you mentioned manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, while the other you mentioned from Interpharm contains only 325mgs of the Acetaminophen.
