Hydroco Acetamin Mallin Norco

I'm recovering from my third back surgery. I can take hydrocodone/acetaminophen 10-325 mg tab with no stomach problems. However, when I take hydrocodone/acetaminophen 7.5-325mg tab Mallinc generic, I have severe stomach pains. The pharmacist says there is no difference except the 10 vs the 7.5. It is NOT in my mind, it's in my stomach & it really hurts. Can you clear this up for me? I will be very grateful for your attention. My pharmacy changed my meds from the yellow 10-325 v 3601 norco to the 10-325 white m367 mallinckrodt. I've been taking the yellows for years with no problems. The doctor said i was being prescribed vicodin but the bottle says "hydrod/apap 5/500 mallin". Is that the same as vicodin? ## Based on the abbreviation of hydrod/apap 5/500 that points to the active ingredients Hydrocodone 5 mg / Acetaminophen (APAP) 500 mg, which are the same ingredients as in Vicodin. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. The tablet with the marking of M 363 is listed by Mallinckrodt as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any images to post for you. What is the difference in the white oblong pill with m367 and the yellow with a V and 3601? ## The only difference between these two tablets is that they are manufactured by different companies. The one with the M marking is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and the one with the V is manufactured by Vintage/Qualitest. Hi. Came across a Norco 10/325 with simply "M367" and no "Watson" imprint. Real or garbage? ## @Stephen, Legitimate M367 pills don't say "Watson" on them. They only have the M367 imprint on the front and a vertical score line on the back side. Also, just for the record, these pills in particular are reportedly manufactured by Mallinckrodt, not Watson/Actavis. For verification, they carry a National Drug Code of 00406-0367 and are approximately 15.00 mm in size. You are right though about them being 10mg Hydrocodone bitartrate + 325mg Acetaminophen; a generic for Norco. This is manufactured by mallinckrodt pharmaceuticals and have 325mgs of Acetaminophen in it, as well as 10mgs of Hydrocodone, it can cause drowsiness, a high feeling, euphoria, nausea, vomiting, constipation and addiction! ## Hi....after taking narcs for years, I'd recommend getting on one that is not married with Tylenol. Because of tolerance, which is inevitable, meds such as morphine, dilaudid, roxicodone, etc., do not contain Tylenol at all. whats the difference between A332 and M367 ? ## Pills with the imprint "M367" are generic Norco manufactured by Mallinckrodt Inc. Norco contains 10 mg of Hydrocodone Bitartrate and 325 mg of Acetaminophen. Pills with the imprint "A332" are generic Percocet manufactured by Activis. I went to Walmart instead of my regular pharmacy and they gave me the m367 instead of my APAP 10/325 norcos with 176 on them. Can I take them back and get the ones I'm used to taking? ## Karen, once you leave the pharmacy you can't take the meds back. M367 is Hydrocodone 10 mg / Acetaminophen 325 mg manufactured by Mallinckrodt. 176 is also Hydrocodone 10 mg / Acetaminophen 325 mg manufactured by Caraco.
