Please help me. I am trying to read my daughter's anatomical pathology and blood toxicology report. She was 44 and had been struggling with a drug problem .On the report it states she was using multiple drugs. One drug she had been prescribed to and not found in her system was Adderall. I have been suffering from Migraines since 2005. The past year has been very difficult as my headaches have increased 10 fold. I have had many health problems over my years and had a Kidney Transplant back in 2007 so I am limited to what I can take for the headaches. I use to take Toradol and it worked great. I have been taking Hyrdro Morphone 10mg/1ml at .6 of a ml a day for the headaches. I find that over the months it just does not work as well and my doctor says I am at a way high of a dose and she does not want to increase it. I have four ounces of hydro bit soap 7.25/325 per 15ml. How many pills would that be equal to? ## Hi Amy - I'll try to see if I can do some math below to help you with the conversion. 4 oz = approx. 118.3 ml. 118.3 ml / 15 ml = approx. 7.9 doses of 15 ml. So in other words the four ounce container has close to 8 doses of 15 ml in it, each dose containing 7.25/325 of the active ingredients. Does that help? Also, I couldn't help but noticing that you said your medication is in a soap form? Is that what you meant to say? How many Norco 10/325 mg would give you 1100 ng/mL? ## From what I could gather, clinical trials note that: "Following a 10 mg oral dose of hydrocodone administered to five adult male subjects, the mean peak concentration was 23.6 ± 5.2 ng/mL. Maximum serum levels were achieved at 1.3 ± 0.3 hours and the half-life was determined to be 3.8 ± 0.3 hours." Unless I'm reading this wrong (which I may be, as I am trying to understand this conversion as well), 1100 ng/mL seems like a very high dose for toxicity.
