I've been clean for 2 months but have a drug test coming up in 2 weeks. Last night I took 3.5 mg of valium. I was under the impression that it would only take a few days til my system was clean once again. Now I see this may not be the case. I've seen 3-5 days I've seen 7-10 days I've seen 1-3 weeks as well as 1-6 weeks. So clearly I'm still without an answer. This is an instant test. From all info that I have come across it varies. For single use 7-10 days. For more than a single use or chronic users it can be from 1-6 wks. There are many factors also that can play a big role in excretion from the body. Its a coin flip really. Its half life is longer than other benzos.
