## I am looking for the pharmacudical company that makes lortab and/or hydorcodine to help a disabled person get on the patient assistant program. Thank you ## Not sure of the exact manufacturer- there are many manufacturers of Hydrocodone related drugs. You might want to start at The Partnership for Prescription Assistance: ## HMyers, thanks for the information, but they did not have hydrocodine on their list. Have you ever heard of the company Mallinkrt, that is the name on the bottle, but I cannot find them either. Thanks again ## Unfortunately, most companies do not offer patient assistance for their generic medications, such programs are usually only offered for name brand medications. This site offers an RX Savings Card, which you can find here HERE You simply submit your email a...
What do 20 mg hydrocodone look like? The pills I have are white oblong tablets with a score on one side and the other side has IP 109 on it. If this is not hydrocodone 20 mg what is it? ## There are no 20mg Hydrocodone tablets, it is only available in a max of 10mgs. The tablet you have contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, this is a narcotic pain reliever. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Learn more: Are there any other questions or comments? ## There are now hydrocodone Er tablets now (Hysingla ER). They do not contain any acetaminophen (tylenol) and are "extended release." They come in 20mg, 30mg, 20mg, 60mg and 80mg. Because of new laws (July 1st 2017), patients will more than...
BLUE OBLONG WITH MUTLI-COLORED SPECKS ## What is it that you need to know? If you want to confirm what this pill is, you need to say what the markings on the pill are, we can't tell just by the colors and shape, there are many pills that look like that. ## It is blue oblong with multi-colored specks with GPI 25 on one side and nothing on the other side, anyone know what this is ? ## I cannot find a positive ID for this, but I can tell you that it is definitely NOT Hydrocodone. GPI is the logo for Gemini Pharmaceuticals and they manufacture only over the counter products such as vitamins and herbal supplements. Here is their website: They manufacture tons of the drugs that you see available as store brands, like a Wal-Mart brand of Tylenol or Eckerd brand of vitamins and etc.
oblong shape and white ## The pill in description is Acetaminophen (500 mg). You can view a detailed description of the drug, by clicking on the link below... If you have any more questions or comments to add, please post back so I can further assist you. ## Does a hydrocodone pill have l014 on it? What does a hydrocodone pill have on it and what does it look like?
capsul half colored pink and the other side is dark pink ## they usually have 357 or mylan on them ## Those are not the only marking that might be found on a Hydrocodone tablet, it is a generic and is manufactured by several different companies. Are there any markings on it? That would enable someone to identify it for you. Can you please post back and clarify? Thank you! The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
high blod pressure ## This is NOT hydrocodone. Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever. Your pill is a blood pressure pill called hydrochlorthiazide 25mg., or brand name Hydrodiurel. It is used to lower one's blood pressure. Look for blood in the urine or stool, yellow eyes or skin, diarrhea. ## Actually, I think they were just hoping. THey posted the title as Hydrocodone, but then in the post itself said for high blood pressure. ## yes I saw that. Maybe its another one of those cases where the v threw them off.
When I first started picking up my Lortab 10/500 from my pharmacy, it was in pink tablet form. I asked the pharmacist why it was pink, and was told that it was a generic brand. I was also told that it was not as "effective" (potent-wise) as some other colors 10/500 came in. I asked which color had the most effectiveness for overall pain and was told the purple tablets were. After switching to the purple Lortab 10/500 tablets, I noticed a considerable difference in pain relief and duration. Actually, they look more like a bluish-purple. ## Hi Herman, It is true that generic brands are not as effective as brand name medications, generic medications are allowed (by the FDA) to contain up to 20% more or less of the actual active ingredients. This factor, along with different inactiv...
My mother gets norco 5 mg for her ms. For some reason when she got them this month they say 44 334. I'm concerned my brother stole the actual medication and replaced it with these pills. Are there such norcos that say this? ## First of all, no there is no Norco, or any other prescription medication with such a marking, the 44 following by 3 additional numbers are over the counter medications manufactured by LNK International and they do not manufacture any prescription products. I believe the marking you are looking at is 44 445 and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic, or store brand of Tylenol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. Is there anything else I can help with? ## The person that sa...
I found a white oblong/oval pill that looks like it might be a hydrocodone but has no imprints. wanted to know if it was a hydrocodone or something elese? ## Hello, Amy! How are you? If it has no imprints, then no, all prescription tablets in the U.S. are required by law to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. Thus, it can't be a Hydrocodone tablet, without an imprint, it is most likely an over the counter product of some type. Is there anything else I can help with?
I seem to have a very smart Doctor. He prescribed Norco 10-325 for post surgical pain. The first bottle gave me nothing but relief. The refill, at a different pharmacy, caused unbelievable itching all over and down my throat. I called and told him he had me look up the mfgr on the bottle. It was Qua. He said my problem is the dye used in the second batch. He re prescribed to the original pharmacy and got the Norco manufactured by Watson. If you are taking an opiate that is making you itch, have your doctor re prescribe from a pharmacy that uses the pill made by a different mfgr. You are probably not allergic to opiates or Codiene after all. ## Hello, Charliemike! How are you? I am very sorry about the problem that you experienced. However, I would like to clarify that while this may be ...
what does it look like what color ## The pill you are describing is white and has the marking M358. Click here to see a picture of the pill. Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone (7.5 mg) is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. For more information about this drug, please refer to the link below... If you have any more questions or concerns, please post back and I will be happy to help you. ## i just begun to taking hydrocodone7.5acetaminophen 500mg tablets ## thank you ,I take about 20 pills a day some three times a day. any concerns ## HYDROCO/APAP TAB 7.5-500 was originally a WHITE caplet shaped tablet. I’m taking hydrocodone for sciatica until I get approval for my injection. Now I’m having severe nausea, constipation, dizziness and a bout of Afib. Anyone else face this horrible situation? Thanks. ## It is an opiate, and they are known to raise the risk of someone experiencing Afib, according to FDA reports. The nausea, dizziness, and constipation are also common side effects, along with headache, and dry mouth. It also carries the risk of being habit forming. What injection are you looking into? Can you post back and be more specific? That would enable me to provide you with more information. Are you on any other medications?
My dad takes for chronic pain. Found unmarked containers in his meds want to make sure they are hydrocodone 5 MG before he takes. One is white oval tablet with 105 on it other is circular tablet with .DAN on one side and 5658 ## Hello, Deb! How is your dad? The tablet with the 105 marking is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 7.5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. The tablet with the DAN 5658 on it is now manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine. The FDA classifies this medication as a muscle re...
Its roumd it has a 5 on the front it looks yellow its small round with a spilt in the middle its got some wrighting on back. ## Hello, Ghost! How are you? They usually aren't very small, because they contain both Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Can you check to see what the rest of the writing is and post back? Thanks!
I found this pill in my 18 year old nieces pocket when i went to wash clothes and i've tried looking it up and cant find it anywhere. Please help. ## This tablet was manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as having contained 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The reason you couldn't find it listed anywhere is due to the fact that is has been discontinued due to the amount of Acetaminophen that was in it. The FDA no longer allows combination prescription medications to contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose, so this hasn't been manufactured for several years, now. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation....
I am new to the Gainesville/Denton, Texas area and need to find a doctor to prescribe these meds. I'm in my 30's but look very young so I'm never taken seriously. If I don't find a Dr soon I'll be out of meds and dont want to send medical records cos of my last doctor finding pot on my system. ## You are in Florida. Must have been much easier when the Pain Stores were all over Florida, need an OXY find a Strip Mall, need a Xanax, go to the pill store. Without new current medical records you are not going to get these meds on demand, although stay looking young my friend! ## Oh crap Texas, well the basic answer is the same, just a different State and no Pill Mills ## Supposedly doctors aren't allowed to prescribe Xanax if you are on Norco. Anyone out there having ...
what is hydrocodoneI8 ## I've heard of Hydrocodone, but not of Hydrocodonei8 - where did you see this? Or is i8 the imprint on a pill you have? ## The pill is oval in shape, white no score mark, and has the imprint of I8 on it. I was told it is hydrocodone. When i searched it out it siad it looks out on the medical it said it remsembles a M360 Hydro ## Would you happen to know what country this medication was obtained from? If it is from the United States, then the predominant possibility is that it is actually an Ibuprofen 800 mg. Another similar marking is IB (instead of an 8), and that's a 200 mg Ibuprofen. Are there any other details which can be included? ## if the I8 is really IB except for the use of my magnifier it is an I8, not B. what is the imprint I9?
I am currently prescribed Lamictal for bi-polar disorder. I am getting my wisdom teeth out quite soon and as told by doctor, will probably be given vicodin for the pain. Does anyone know if there is any serious reactions being on both things? ## i am prescribed both daily and have no problems at all,,,,,,,,,, ## I would not take them together (ie., at the same time). I would try to put a two or three hour spread between them. Also split Lamictal dose if your pdoc says it is alright- take 1/2 your daily dose in the AM and 1/2 in the PM. The hydrocodone may not have the full pain management effect depending on your lamictal dosage. If in doubt, always ask your PHARMACIST. They can look up drug interactions and recommendations easily.
There was only DICODID made by knoll in Germany but it was withdrawn last year. Only Hydrocodone now available is ZOHYDRO SR in the USA. It is also made in combination with high amounts of acetaminophen, usually 325, 500 or 650mg, one goes as high as 750mg! But there is legislation coming into force limiting any dosage unit of acetaminophen (paracetamol) in the USA (where 100% of the entire world's Hydrocodone is now used since the deletion of DICODID) to 300mg. Abbott have already issued their new 10/300mg pill. But I am afraid that Hydrocodone as a single drug now is only available as an SR med under that ZOHYDRO brand. If required then would have to be crushed finely to defeat the ridiculous slow release mechanism which means you can no longer get the benefit of the drug to the e...
