I am 28 years old male suffering from hiatus hernia and calcium deficiency taking Nexpro Fast 40 before breakfast and after dinner, Motilium M (10) for three times in a day (after -breakfast,lunch,dinner),Gelusil 1/2 after meals,and Shelcal-HD at breakfast. I having illness hiatus hernia.my doctor prescribing for me ever day 2 tablet nexpro 40.last 3 years iam using this tablet. Without tablet I feel more stomach burning. Hi ,I have Gerd, gastritis, a hiatus hernia and heartburn. I have been taking Omeprazole 40 mg for over a month and I do not feel any better. Is that normal? I take Dexilant for GERD (hiatus hernia and acid reflux). Is there a risk in also taking Apple Cider Vinegar while on Dexilant? ## The information available for Apple Cider Vinegar so far does not prove its effectiveness for treating medical conditions. Ref: Apple Cider Vinegar Information That said, there is also the risk of it worsening your GERD, though some people do seem to take it, without ill effect. I tried it for GERD, and gastritis, for me, it just made the pain worse, and I have since decided to stick with using any type of vinegar for cooking, and cleaning. I am a 67 yr old white woman who had been taking Dexilant 60 mg for over 10 years for Hiatus Hernia and Gerd. When I was on Empliyer Insurance I maybe received $50 toward each Dexilant prescription. Now I am on Medicare Plan F Prescription Ins. And Dexilant, (company) will not help senior citizens at all? I am through the loop end of my Medicare Prescription plan and Dexilant went from $93 for 3 months to $282 for 3 months. Hi, I was prescribed this medication on 4th June this year for 7 days as during an endoscopy they found about 40 white lumps in my gullet, they sprayed it and it didn't go away so they said it might be thrush... they couldn't take biopsies as my INR was 2.8 (i am on life long warfarin) .. my symptoms prior to the treatment were pain in the area of my hiatus hernia radiating down to my lower abdomen, difficulty swallowing (also have thymic hyperplasia) and really bad chest pain. I finished the full course but ever since still waking up early hours with the same pain which lasts for hours and i can't get any sleep and i have lost my appetite and feel nauseous all the time. They said if it didn't work i would have to go back for biopsies, could it be cancer ? nobody explain...
