The closest match I can find is Ranexa (500 mg) which is used in the treatment of Angina. It belongs to the drug class "antianginal agents". Common side effects can include: Dizziness, headache, constipation, and nausea. It is a light orange oval pill (appears light pink) with the imprint GSI500 on one side and nothing on the back. Manufacturer: Gilead Sciences National Drug Code (NDC): 61958-1003 Has anyone else seen a pill similar to the one Khrystyna has described?
