I am diabetic and have high blood pressure. For diabetes I am on Glucophage XR 500mg (3 tabs a day) and for high blood pressure I have been taking Approval 300mg. Recently my doctor reduced my Glucophage to 2 tabs a day, the Approval to 150mg and added Concur 2.5mg.
