Giddiness

I am suffering by dizziness and finding difficulty while walking and difficult balancing my body in stand-up position. Having this problem for the last two years. Someone I know suggested me to take hetrazan for 10 days. since he got cured from this same symptom by using hetrazan 15 years ago. For your information, i took sinus operation for the last two years before i started getting this symptom. Can i take hetrazan for my problem? And if so for how long and what mg? Please suggest me. I am taking Eritel- LN 40 for last 40 days for hypertension that I am suffering from for the last 17 years . I am under treatment and check up with a very good doctor DM (cardiology , Gold medalist from AIIMS) . This morning my heart beat came down to 62 and I felt giddiness. Is it due to this medicine ?

is there any chances of giddiness as I feel whenever I took these tablets one in the morning & one at bedtime ## using gabaneuron for the past one month, in the evening (300mg) I feel the pain has come down considerably. I tried taking it on alternative days. But the problem is the day i do not take the tablet, my sleep is distrubed. More over my belly started loosing stifness and is bit puffy now. After my open heart surgery CABGX4 for 3 valve disease on 30.7.15, nearly after 2 months of surgery suddenly started giddiness for which i consult the neurologist and he prescribe betavert od 24 which i took for 2 weeks, but giddiness is continuing.
