I have this pill with the number 027 on one side and the letter M on the other side. What kind of pill is this? ## What makes you think that this pill is Xanax? Where did it come from? ## @keke, I did noticed that there's a white round pill marked with 027 R, which is reportedly identified as generic Alprazolam 0.25mg - A product of Actavis. Perhaps you meant to type "R" instead of "M"? If that's not the case, I'd probably suspect that this is a counterfeit depending on where/who it was obtained from... Should be Xanax .25 mg. ## The generic Xanax of that description should also have an R on the opposite side and the opposite side should have the 027 above the score (NDC 0228-2027). This is Alprazolam 0.25 mg.
