Please help me. I suffer pain all the time from my Fibromyalgia to my disc and back problems. The doctor had me on Percocet10/350 mg and switched me to Oxycodone HCL10 mg. little pink pills that don't work and Morphine Sulf ER 15 mg littleblue pills. I'm getting NO relief. What should I take? I'm at my wits end with pain. Almost no generic pills don't work. What can I do? Please help me!! Is a white round pill with imprint 44 104 Oxycodone 10 mg made by endo pharmaceuticals? ## No, that is incorrect. Tablets with a 44 on them followed by 3 additional numbers are all over the counter products, this company does not many any prescription medications. In this case, this tablet with the 44 104 marking is listed as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a generic or store brand of Tylenol. (NDC 0363-0104 among others) The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. The prescription was for percoset 10/325 dosage. I got a generic prescription back - it says endocet 10/325. The pills are round, white with a line on one side and the number 512 on the other side. I got a prescription a while back for 5/325 and I think they looked the same and I'm concerned the pharmacy gave me the wrong dosage. Can you tell me if I got the right dosage? ## You are correct, the tablets with the 512 marking contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen and only 5mgs of the Oxycodone, so if you were supposed to receive 10/325 then they gave you the wrong dosage. Have you contacted the pharmacy about it?

That's what my pharmacist told me today. Is that true? I tried googling around to see what drug's wholesale prices are for pharmacies but had no luck. Another question is, why is Endocet a brand when in actuality it's a generic for Percocet? I don't get it. Do any of the members of this forum have an opinion as to the effectiveness of Endocet v. Watson 932 equivelant? ## They are both supposed to contain 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but since there can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredients in generics, as well as in the fillers used, how they work for anyone can be different. While others may have gotten good or bad results from one of the other of them, the only way to find out how they work for you is to actually try it. This is a narcotic pain reliever and may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. I've read there is 10mg of oxycodone in Percocet & 8.7mg in this Endocet I'm stuck with a month. I can't do this! Guess this is kicking? It's causing bad thoughts. No one cares! Don't like be numb. My prescription called for 10/325 and I have for the pass 15 years been taking Watson 932. Now I have a yellow tablet by Alvogen, Inc. with a strength 325/10. Is there a difference? I just had surgery and they gave me endocet 10mg, and I'm getting sick in my belly. I've been on percs or hydros at higher doses because of cancer and nothing has ever done this, so can i take half or is the oxy in one half of the tablet and Tylenol in other half? ## Yes, Endocet is made up of 10 mg oxycodone, and 325 mg of Tylenol (acetaminophen). Have you taken this generic before? You might just need to eat jello or a popsicle or something light with it to alleviate the nausea, and lay down and move around as little as possible after taking it. Maybe these things will help you feel better. A half of a 10 mg. should help you. If not, and you tolerate it ok, then you could follow the same steps I suggested; and take the other half. I got my script at a different pharmacy and they look different - are they the same? I normally get oval A333. The new ones are oval also but have 4829 V. Is there a difference between the two? ## 4829 on one side and V on the other is Oxycodone 10 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg. These are manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. ## Yes they are the same. I was on Mallinkrodt(sp?) 10/625 5x a day and went to refill at wrong store and have Endocet yellow oval 10/325 one side, E 712 other side, and feel like I'm aching FOR SOMETHING!!!!! Called dr & no help. Idk what to do. No $. ## The pill marked E 712 10/325 does contain 10 mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Endocet. However, the active ingredients can differ from name brand to generics by as much as plus or minus 20%, so this may be what is causing your problem. However, the active ingredients (acetaminophen + oxycodone) are still available under other brand names, such as Percocet - including a variety of generic options. I’ve been taking Endocet 10/325 for probably 15 or so years now for several failed cervical spine surgeries, and since they filed Bankruptcy last year this product is no longer available. Most of the other Oxycodone/Acetaminophen meds either don’t work hardly at all, or they make me itchy or sick to my stomach! I’ve recently read that ENDO has filed a ‘reorganization plan’ with the FDA and the Courts - Is anyone aware if this medication might become available again? It would be nice to know as all this pain is getting hard to handle. Thanks! ## Endo set is just a namebrand Percocet. The generic Percocets don’t work the same as that one brand? When I take Perocet 7.5/325 white round I get really hot red face and feel sick but if I take Perocet 10/325 yellow oval this doesn't happen but they both help with pain. I GOT A BUNCH OF THESE FROM A TELEPHONE SUPPLIER. I HAD EXPECTED ENDOCET 10/325 BUT THESE ARRIVE INSTEAD. SHOUD I TAKE THEM (I am a pain center patient). Oval shaped peach coloring, 500 mg on one side other side 832. Please ID ## E 712 contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, a generic for Endocet, a narcotic analgesic. how does oxycodone hcl 5 mg tablet (small w=round white scored pill w/K on one side and 18 onthe other) differ from endocet 10-325 mg tablet? ## Well, it contains a lower dosage of the Oxycodone, only 5mgs, when there were 10mgs in the Endocet and it doesn't contain any of the Acetaminophen. Thus, this is just a straight, regular release Oxycodone tablet, which would be a generic for Roxicodone. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hello. What is the difference between A333 & A 3333, if they're *BOTH* supposedly a watson generic of percoset 10/325??? Thank you! :-) ## @confused, I have yet to find any specific details on a pill marked A 3333. "A333" on the other hand is reported to be a generic Percocet, containing 10mgs of Oxycodone hydrochloride + 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Actavis (formerly known as Watson) however is listed as the manufacturer. Where did you come across a pill with an extra "3" at the end? I wonder if it's a misprint...
