I usually get the yellow V 36 01 when I fill my 10mg Norco. This time they gave me white V 36 09. ## Hi debra, The V 36 09 white pill is a new version made by Qualitest that only recently came out on the market; which is why information seems scarce at the moment. However other patients here have also confirmed this in the following discussion thread: Discuss/hydrocodone-yellowwith-v-on-one-and-3609-on-the-other-what-dose-208024.htm It reportedly contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone + 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Though I'm not sure if it's brand name Norco or generic. You could try contacting the manufacturer for more specific details if need be. I hope this helps! ## it is generic norco . made my hand swell, and I was very irritable . Horrible feeling

Hi I was getting the yellow 10 mlg that say v 3601 but now I have the same pill except it's white instead of yellow. Is this the same pill please help! Thanks. ## White tablet, v 3601 is Hydrocodone 10 mg and Acetaminophen 325 mg ## I haven't seen this in white yet, however, many companies have recently been removing the dye in their tablets, due to the problems some people have had with being sensitive to, or allergic to the dyes being used. Learn more Lortab details here. However, if you received it from a legitimate pharmacy in the U.S. and the marking is the same, then it is probably safe to assume that the dye has just been removed. But if you're unsure, feel free to double check with your pharmacy, they shouldn't have a problem with checking it for you. Are there a...

Is it really norco? I just got my refill today and they are not working as well as my previous prescription. ## Hi Yaya, My research from the manufacturer depicts a white oval tablet marked with 2172 to be identified as a generic Hydrocodone Bitartrate 5mg + Acetaminophen 325mg pill. For verification, it carries a National Drug Code of 0591-2172 and is reportedly a product of Actavis Pharmaceuticals that from what I could gather, seems like a newer generic tablet since information about it is relatively sparse on the internet. Hope this helps! ## I have the exact same problem ! The ones with the 2172 do not work the same as the 3604 did . How is this even possible ? Or is it. Are they exactly the same ?

The hospital prescribed me hydrocdone 5 365 its white oblong pill. Then my doctor prescribed me hydrocodone 5 365 but its white with red specks and a v on one side. Are they the same? I have just taken the rest of my white oblong pill and I'm wondering if I will be ok to take the speckled ones. I didn't know whether they are two different pills and if I can combine the medicication together? ## Hello, Courtney! How are you? If they are both Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen, then they are the same and taking them hours apart wouldn't be considered combining them, anyway. white oblong tablet ## THIS IS NOT HYDROCODONE NOR ANY TYPE OF NARCOTIC! Pills marked with a 44 followed by additional numbers are all over the counter items. They are made by LNK international and they DO NOT make any prescription medications. This one is a generic or store brand of Midol, containing Pamabrom 25mgs, Acetaminophen 500mgs and Pyrilamine 15mgs. ## Yes this is definitely a generic version of Midol I bought it at family dollars for menstrual cramps then I found it in my purse out of the bottle and wondered what it was myself forgetting I bought that but when I looked on here and it showed up as a generic Midol now makes sense

Is this pill 5 mg or 10mg? And what does the 3604 stand for? ## Hello, Doc! How are you? The white, oblong tablet with the red specks that has the marking 3604 V on it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And according to law, all manufactured prescription tablets must have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of an emergency, so any given pill can be traced by to a specific manufacturer. That's what the 3604 V is, it's just the code that Vintage/Qualitest has chosen to use on this pill to identify it as their product. Is there anything else I can help with?
