This is Acetaminophen 650mgs and Propoxyphene 100mgs, a generic for Darvocet. ## I FOUND THIS PILL IN A BOTTLE OF PILLS FROM THE PHARMACY PRESCRIBED TO ONE OF MY PATIENTS IT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS AND WS WONDERING WHAT T IS. ## Well, as I said, a generic for Darvocet, if that is what was in the bottle, then the chance it the pharmacy ran out of one brand, and had to use another to finish filling that prescription. If not, well I guess you had better have a chat with your patient.

I found a white pill that has a M on the front and on the back is L on the top then a line through the middle and 51 on the bottom. It is very small.. Can anyone help me identify it? ## Hi Peko, Based on my research, people have purchased small, white round tablets with the bold LN marking as various medications in Mexico. The pill could be anything- from Phentermine to Adderall or Xanax. There are so many possibilities it's hard to know for sure. If you cannot have it analyzed then I would recommend that you safely dispose of it. I wish I could be of more help! Oval tablet. Just found in an old purse and wondering why I have it there? ## Does this oval tab have the marking APO on the opposite side of the pill? If so, it is likely Doxazosin mesylate 2 mg (NDC 60505-0094). NOTE: the full marking would be 094 on one side and APO on the other. Doxazosin Mesylate is an alpha blocker used to treat high blood pressure and benign prostatic hyperplasia. ## I also found a white oval caplet with 094 and no markings on the other side.
