Folwise was prescribed by our doctor for both me and my husband. Based on the picture, it looks like it is supposed to be taken only by women. Can men have Folwise ## Folwise is nothing more than a Folic Acid supplement, it is a nutrient that is important to the health of both men and women. Women need more, when they are pregnant, but it is not specific to just women. Is there anything else I can help with?

need to know because there is dehyradtion everytime my wife takes the medicine ## i am taking folwise capsule.what is it actually(iron or ,calicum tablet?i get brupping after taking it with bad tablet smell.do all experience this? ## why has doctor ask me to take tablet folwise

My doctor prescribed me folwise tablet as me and my husband planning for baby. Medical shop I got folvite 5 mg tablet. Just want to make sure if both are same. If yes will it have any side effects. ## Folwise actually contains 2 nutritional supplements, Folic Acid and Docosahexaenic Acid, which is an Omega 3 fatty acid. Folvite just contains the Folic Acid. However, when it comes to wanting to get pregnant and have a healthy baby, the important one here is the Folic Acid, if you don't have enough of it, your baby can be born with severe birth defects, so it is the important one to worry about.
