I am suffering from R.Arthritis,i am 30 and mother of 4 yr old boy.I am on DILANTIN SINCE JAN 2006.IN 2008 I HAD A VERY SEVERE attack of R.A.i was on PREDMET-4 DAILY+1ml folitrax+16mg predmet weekly,now i takePREDMET 8+tab.FOLITRAX 20mg,both once a week.My ESR is 5 now& i feel occasional pain in my right hand only.How long should i continue this treatment?Is it safe to conceive after this medicine+Dilantin is over? i am having rheumatoid arthritis. i am taking folitrax 20mg weekly, saaz ds 1000mg twice a day, hcqs 200mg once a day and calcium and iron supplements. i was previously on injection dose of 22.5 mg folitrax and have been tapered down to present dose. i have gained subsequent weight in just 2-3 mths especially around my abdomen. i want to know is it because of folitrax. please tell and also suggest how can i reduce it. i look very odd because of this sudden weight gain and how will it stabilize from its increasing trend. please explain. ## asgfsdgfsdf asdasd asd asd asdasd asd

I am using folitrax 20mg for soriatic artherities. My blood report on 22.05.12 shows the following results. SGOT / A S T 83 IU/L ; SGPT/ A L T 92 IU/L . Is the results indicated above ar due to use of above medicine. ## Of course definitely yes sir. its due to the over functioning of liver to detoxify and remove the folitrax content from your blood. please drink more and more water and completely stop or reduce the intake of coffee/tea and alcohol? just stop it. start green tea and protects your liver. sgot & SGPT are the characteristic enzymes in liver whose measure reflects the state of liver.

I am suffering from ankylosing spondylities with peripheral arthritis, and am prescribed with Saaz DS, Etoshine 60,Folitrax 7.5, Folvite 5mg,Defcort 6mg, Omez 20mg & Osteokit.I want to know that are the medicines right for my treatment & are there any side effects particularly with Etoshine 60 in the long run? ## I am suffering from Ankylosing Spodylitis with Peripherial Artharitis for the last 6 months.
