dosage in 2 year old child ## Wikoryl contains: Paracetamol 125mg, phenylephrine hcl 5mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 1mg per 5ml, it is used to treat the symptoms of a cold and allergies. Did your doctor not provide you with any dosing instructions? From the amounts in each teaspoon, it sounds like that would be a dose, one 5ml teaspoon for a child of that age.
