5 Topics FoundHi. My daughter has dental surgery tomorrow and her Dr now says she needs to take Pepcid ac or similar "acid blocker" the night before. This surgery was scheduled with no warning. Now with blizzard its dangerous to go out. We have ranitidine 150 mg exp Jan 2012, its now Feb 2014. Is it still effective? Should she take two (300 mg)? There's no way to get fresh OTC meds. We have TUMS that is still good. Thanks! ## I accidentally or say foolishly gave my 3 yr old daughter expired ranitidine syrup as 3 does of 4 ml each.
