If necessary however, the dosing guidelines state that you can also talk to your doctor about upping the dose to as much as 1 gram a day. So taking 400 mgs once a day still falls under safe dosing protocols. How to use evion green tablet... 1) to intake every day or periodically 2) to apply gel which comes in gree capsule for eg by cutting the capusle and extracting gel from the capsule and then apply/massage to face. ## You can do both the ways.. These tablets can be taken orally and applied to hair and skin directly. I suggest you do both but make sure u mix it with olive oil before applying it on your face. I am a Diabtic patient for the last 40 years and suffering from peripheral Neuropathy.I experience Cramps in my Legs at night .Is Evion 400 capsule per day helpful in avoiding cramps .Pl advise. ## Have you consulted your doctor see what is causing the night time leg cramps? In many cases those can be caused by a lack in certain vital nutrients, such as Potassium, or Magnesium and, if that is what's causing yours then Evion is not going to help, because it is just a vitamin E supplement. However, you do need to consult your doctor, because it isn't safe to just add potassium supplements, since too much of it can also be very dangerous.
