Estradiol (E2), also spelled oestradiol, is an estrogen steroid hormone and the major female sex hormone. It is involved in the regulation of the estrous and menstrual female reproductive cycles. Estradiol is responsible for the development of female secondary sexual characteristics such as the breasts, widening of the hips and a female-associated pattern of fat distribution. It is also important in the development and maintenance of female reproductive tissues such as the mammary glands, ute...

Evastel Ebastine

Ebastine is a H1 antihistamine with low potential for causing drowsiness. It does not penetrate the blood–brain barrier to a significant amount and thus combines an effective block of the H1 receptor in peripheral tissue with a low incidence of central side effects, i.e. seldom causing sedation or drowsiness.[1][2][3] It was patented in 1983 by Almirall S.A and came into medical use in 1990.[4] The substance is often provi...

Keraglo Eva has an ingredient 'Gamma Lenolenic Acid' which is known to be an essential fatty acid helping to stop hair loss as well as growth of hair. Is it true & really effective? ## Hello, According to The University of Maryland Medical Center, Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid that is found mostly in plant based oils such as borrage seed oil, evening primrose oil, and black currant seed oil. Omega-6 fatty acids are considered essential fatty acids: They are necessary for human health, but the body can't make them -- you have to get them through food. Along with omega-3 fatty acids, omega-6 fatty acids play a crucial role in brain function, as well as normal growth and development. Also known as polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), they help stimulat...

I started Evamist in August 2013 and have gained nine pounds since starting estrogen. My doctor days it isn't the evamist but I'm struggling to believe that. I exercise at least 6 days a week - weight training and spinning classes - and am very careful with my diet. I'm exasperated. I can't keep the weight off. Every week another pound heavier lately. Has anyone had a similar experience? ## Hello, Susan! How are you doing? Sorry about the weight gain issue. Yes, Evamist certainly could be what's caused it, any form of estrogen can do that. Estrogens are the reason many women gain weight, when they enter perimenopause and the first phase of menopause. Once they stop ovulating regularly, they have higher amounts of estrogen in their bodies that is being unopposed by pr...

I need a methadone doctor in Evans, GA or Martinez GA. ## Hello, Brandi! How are you? I'm sorry, but there is no 'methadone doctor' so to speak. Technically, any doctor can prescribe it for pain, however, if you're looking for it for addiction treatment, then a clinic is your only option. A private practice doctor is not allowed to prescribe it for that, it can only be given in a clinical setting by those that have been specially trained in its use. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Can anyone suggest a place in that area?

Having been on Estradiol patch 0.1 mg/day with side effects and issues. Bloating weight gain, mood swings, added depression to current depression, and social isolation/ withdrawal. Complained to doctor and asked why she would prescribe strongest dose in patch without starting me at lowest and work up if need. ???? So doctor prescribed Evamist one pump per day. Yet it's 1.56 mg per pump. This concerns me as being 15x as much estradiol in dosing. Yet I seen on here that adsorption is much lower. I am confused how that could be. How did you find information verification on that. When I called company they wouldn't give me any confirmation or explanation only as what I read in pamphlet and online. No help. Could anyone help with this issue and concer? Pls explain more in depth. ## S...

Hi. This is Afzal, 28 years old. Is keraglo Eva helpful for hair loss? And I am also suffering due to premature graying of hair so please tell me if that product helps with these problems? Can men take keraglo Eva tablets? ## Hello, Afzal! How are you? This contains an vital fatty acid, which the U.S. FDA lists as being essential to helping stop hair loss and to encourage hair growth. It really has no known side effects. As to going gray, the only thing that will really help with that is a good quality dye to cover it. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Can men use keraglo for premature gray hair? Thanx in advance.

I would like a professional who knows to tell me what drug do they push via IV while giving one a chemical stress evaluation of your heart? I was recently in the hospital, and because I was too ill to walk and had a probable heart attack, I was given one of these evaluations. WOW! It was a drug from hell! I've never felt anything like it. It is meant to stress your heart out, well it sure did! Luckily, it did wear off fast, and the technician warned me in detail about how it would feel. Just curious about what the drug's name is? Thank you. ## Hello, Lisa! How are you? They actually use radiation. It allows them to immediately stop it, if the person reacts very badly and shows danger signs, according to the NIH. What symptoms did you experience?

I was given about 6 of them by a friend for an absess on my arm. Is it safe to take them for an absess? Will it help heal it; possibly make it go away without having to go get it lanced and squeezed at the hospital. ## The red capsule you're describing is identified as Cephalexin 500 mg; an antibiotic used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. Unfortunately there's no real way of knowing how well you'll end up responding to this drug, since it's common for antibiotics to effect each person differently (with regards to side effects, duration of treatment, and overall efficacy). This is why it's so important to use a legitimate prescription from your doctor, because they can offer you more appropriate advice after an in-person diagnoses/evaluation. For anyon...

Woke two days ago w numb stumps for hands and feet. NOW I realize probably Transient Ischemia. Had to hold on to everything t make it to b room. Lightheadedness came back. All night Thur and all day and night Fri, BP very high for me. Atenolol not working. If I had been thinking straight, would have called 911, but, not. It's fluctuating. Am very thin. In much pain. I think Norco may be culprit. But why did it just start? ## You should report this to your doctor, so they can evaluate you to make sure nothing serious/dangerous is going on. Are you on any other medications, aside from those you mentioned? How much Norco do you take? There is a chance that some of what you experienced were due to side effects from it, Hydrocodone itself is more commonly known to cause low blood pressur...

I use to take kreaglo for few months. But now since they have stopped stopped manufacturing the old kreaglo and kreaglo eva is too expensive I'm looking for some alternative to it. Something which has same constituents and is affordable. ## This is just a nutritional supplement that contains a mix of nutrients that they claim will help with hair growth, but that isn't actually proven. And I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing of what's in the Keraglo Eva that is different from the original. However, what I can tell you is that the only one of the ingredients in the original that has actually been shown to help with some cases of hair loss is the nutrient Biotin. Thus, you'll want to look for another supplement that contains Biotin, or just try it b...

I am a 39 year old male. As per my lab test results, they are showing a sugar level (fasting) of 203, total cholesterol of 303, triglycerides at 326, HDL 40, LDL 197.8, VLDL 65.2 and also showing my SGPT Level is 135. I do not have a habit of drinking or smoking, so how did these levels happen and please advise me on how to control and reduce these numbers? ## These issues can occur due to a genetic predisposition, unhealthy eating habits, or a combination of both, according to NIH reports, there is no way to say for sure. Is there any history of such issues in your family lineage? Have you tried altering your diet to be lower in fat, cholesterol, carbohydrates, and sugar? Do you get a lot of exercise? Are you on any medications?
