Drug Interactions With Meloxicam And Trazadone

oxycodone-acetaminophen 5-325 and trazadone 100 mg

I just had a bunionectomy today and the doctor have me oxycodone - acetaminophen 5-325 and meloxicam for pain and inflammation. I have already been taking the trazadone 100mg for sleep at night. In the mornings I take effexor for depression and topiramate for migraines.
