Question: what would happen if you accidentally took two doses of Hydrochlorothiazide Losartan 100/2mg once a day in a 12 hour period of time? I thought I forgot to take it today! My Son is 3 + and had febrile seizures. He is on valparin 200 (3.5 ml morning &5 ml evening).Today his evening doze was doubled i.e 10ml by mistake. Is there any problem . Should I consult doctor. So I'm in a rehab and on methadone. There is a female here "jen" who WAS on methadone a few years ago...so one day after going to the clinic on her way home she gets into a car accident and the other cars driver dies, it's not the victims fault either, it was jens....Jen is saying it was the clinics fault, that they double dosed her. Apparently the computers were down blah blah blah. I really don't buy it that she was double dosed. If they manually dose u, they have another nurse right next to them verifying the dose.... I just mistakenly took a second daily dose of Lexapro, three hours after taking the first. Do I need to be concerned? ## What dosage do you usually take? Can I cause harm to my body if I accidentally took two extended-release Xeljanz 11 mg tablets? ## From what I could gather, Xeljanz (Tofacitinib Citrate) is immunosuppressive, which means that your immune system could potentially be compromised more easily with an increased dosage. However, if you are in otherwise good health, then I'm of the opinion that you should be fine after that second tablet wears off... Nevertheless, I would still encourage you to let your prescribing doctor and/or pharmacist know just to be on the safe side, since this would ultimately mean that you'd have 1 less tablet to take prior to getting a refill -and whether or not this is something you'd have to be concerned about as well? Okay so I am used to taking Norco 10/325. But now I only have Norco 5/325. Can I take more because I am used to a higher dose? ## Have you consulted your doctor? You really shouldn't double up, without their approval. You would be getting twice the amount of Acetaminophen as usual and that may cause problems, with certain health conditions and other medications. Why was your dosage changed? ## I don’t know. I go to a RA doc about 225 miles round trip from my home and the nurse always puts my scripts in an envelope and seals it. I didn’t open it until I took it to my pharmacy and when my husband picked them up is when I caught the error! It was a different color, shape and lower mg. I have had severe RA for 40 yrs.

My grandpa is 77 years old and he accidentally took 2 tablets of Atenolol 50mg at a time. Will any serious injury occur in regards to his health? I see that you posted this back on March 31st, so it's been a few weeks now. Just wondering how you are feeling? Fortunately, Losartan's half-life is only about 2 hours, and the amount of time in between the two doses was far away enough that I probably would've imagined everything would turn out fine in the long run once it left your system; albeit might cause some unwanted side effects in the moment...
