I have used erceflora for my kids, ages 10, 5 and 3 whenever they get stomach flu as pescribed by their pediatrician. Erceflora has been prescribed by several pediatricians that I have consulted. To my understanding Erceflora doesnt suppress the symptoms of stomach flu, rather gets it out of your body. Hi. My 2 and a half year old son was prescribed amoxicillin by a doctor at the hospital. I know he said to give it 3 times a day but he never stated whether to give 2.5ml or 5ml. It's got 250mg/5ml on the box. I'm looking for dosage information for a 7 year old. My niece is puking (exuse the language), and I can't seem to find the correct dosage information for kids who are over 5 years, under 12 years. I have the phenergan(promethazine), 50mg. We cut it into 12.5 mg quarters, and we're trying to get her to keep one quarter down. This drug has done absolute wonders in the past, both in tablet and suppository formulations. It can really save a trip to the hospital for dehydration, if you get it into the system early enough. Hi my son is 6 years old and has pink eye. I took him to urgent care because I couldn't get into his normal pediatrician before they closed for the day. He has also been having pain behind one of his ears/kind of on his jaw line. I told the doctor this and he checked his ears saying he did not have an ear infection but that he believes it could be mastoiditis. This concerns me but the doc acted like it isn't a big deal. Posted below are the correct dosing protocols for children and adults: Children 2-10 years: 250 mg initially, then 125 mg 8-hourly. Children under 2 years: Half the recommended dose for children 2-10 years Adults (including elderly patients): 500 mg initially and then either 500 mg or 250 mg 8-hourly depending on severity of infection. How much eno should be given to 5 year old kid to relieve stomach pain? ## ENO is an over the counter antacid containing sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), and citric acid. According to the manufacturer's product page, "ENO powder is indicated for adults and children who are at least 12-years-old." I was wondering if it is normal to give a child that is 5 years old and weighs 56 pounds 7.5 ml 3 times a day for strep throat. He just seems really tired and just throwed up.
