I am from NY and would like to know about the availability of esculturex. ## The active ingredient in Esculturex (Sibutramine) has actually been banned in the US for quite some time; so the odds of you finding it here are very slim and illegal at that. Your best bet would probably be to visit its country of origin - the Dominican Republic (or possibly Mexico, as they may carry other weight loss products similar to Sibutramine). In the meantime, have you considered seeing a doctor for a prescription of Phentermine, Contrave or various types of medications touted for weight management?
