Dolo Neurobion Forte contains the following active ingredients: Diclofenac Sodium 37.5 mg Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Nitrate) 100 mg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 5 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 100 mg / ml Diclofenac, being a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for pain and inflammation, would have no real effect on someone's ability to cope with anxiety. So other than examining the possible nutritive properties of B-vitamins, you may want to talk with your doctor or psychiatrist about other alternatives for anxiety. I purchased DNF at a mexican pharmacy (as prescribed), a course of treatment - 1 small box containing 3 ampules of a brownish liquid along with a second small box containing a corresponding number of new, clean, individually wrapped syringes. The DNF box of ampules, was labelled front and back with a complete list of the content of the ampules, directions for use, and warnings.Treatment for me was 1 injection a day for three days, each given by the doctor in his office. Its only available in Mexico, and not sold in the U.S. Its an anti-inflamitory also containing Vitamins B1, B 12, and Niacin. It's given by injection.
