Does anyone know the color of the beads that are instant release in the Shire 30 mg. I am trying to find this out because the long acting beads stay active to long preventing sleep and the Shire Brand is the only decent Adderall. I believe the two colors are white and a orange lookin beige. I've been taking Adderall xr 15mg for three weeks. First couple of days I felt sleepy, groggy, third and fourth days i felt a surge of physical well-being, as well as focused , and a balanced state of mind. However, all that lasted another couple of days. After the first week of Adderall xr 15mg, i felt nothing. It's been three weeks now, and I still feel nothing. I am going to ask my doc to switch to Vyvanse. However, i know that 10mg of Axr is = to 30mg of Vyvanse. But if i'm taking 15 mg of Axr, how much Vyvanse should I take to equal the Axr dose? I have a morphine infusion pump that releases 21.474 mg daily continuous flow plus I can give myself a bolus of 1.50 mg up to 10 x a day making my daily level release of morphine 35.886/day continuous flow. I am so tired all the time. My doctor prescribed D-amphetamine salts XR 25 mg - 2 x/day but because (i've been taking this for a few years at slowly increased doses to get where I am now) they were a generic and did not work I asked him and my insurance company approved the change, he put me on 20 MG IR 2x/day brand name by Teva. I would like to know 18 mg of Concerta is like, compared to other ADHD medication. I used to take Adderall 20mg xr, but that was about 6 years ago. I have struggled through out these past years not realizing it was because I stopped treatment. I've heard some things about Concerta, but I'm not sure if it will benefit me the same as the Adderall did for me in the past. My doctor recently switched me from adderall IR (20 mg/4x day) to adderall xr 20 mg/once a day. So far I am feeling ok with the xr, however, I feel like I need a little bit higher dosage. I can tell that I'm not getting the same effects from the XR because the dosage is so much smaller. Shouldn't I be taking 80 mg/day of XR (same mg dosage as I was for IR)??? I have been taking Effexor XR for 3 years and added Wellbutrin XL about a year ago. I am taking 300mg of each once daily. But now I am experiencing what I describe as shocks or flutters starting at my head and traveling down my body. Sometimes I feel like I might fall but I have not.
